At Pole Sport Organization, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as grip aids and intimate apparel are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
